Dave is a British music editor and score mixer living in Sweden. He has over 20 years of experience working on major movies and TV series as well as AAA video game scores and live music television. Over many years he has developed strong working relationships with decorated composers both across the Nordics and in the UK and US. He has particular expertise in project managing, recording and mixing orchestral scores, alongside extensive experience with electronic and hybrid productions.
His role frequently bridges between supporting the creative relationship between composer and director, managing music teams ranging from just a composer to teams of multiple arrangers, composer assistants, musicians and music production teams, and plugging music into the often complex and multifaceted post production process.
Notable past projects include mixing the scores for films such as Troll (Netflix) and Madame Web (Sony/Marvel) and music editing TV series such as All Her Fault (Peacock), To Cook A Bear (Disney+) and The Other Bennet Sister (BBC/Britbox) and mixing and editing the scores for two installments of the Battlefield game franchise. Before relocating to the Nordics he spent 10 years in the UK working on the ITV TV shows The X Factor and Britain’s Got Talent alongside engineering in all of London’s top scoring stages.
